During this phase WCG will analyze:

This first phase gives us a perspective
on the present health of the business. By determining the scenarios
that are likely to occur if nothing is changed, we can better define
the key areas that need focus to achieve desired results. After
conducting its research, WCG will provide a written evaluation highlighting
where the business is and where it is likely headed. This step provides
critical inputs into later stages of the methodology.
Emotional State
– Business Well Being
During this phase WCG will assess:
• Executive Management Team
• Roles and Responsibilities
• Corporate Communication
• Belief in Corporate Destiny
• Ability to Handle Success and Failure
This step gives us insight into the company’s overall business
culture and how it is helping or hurting. Where the ‘Business
Facts of Life’ is like an annual physical, the ‘Emotional
State’ is more like a visit to your psychologist. We can determine
the strength and cohesiveness of the top management team and begin
to get insight into existing business values and the shared understanding
of business purpose. After conducting a series of interviews, WCG
will provide a written evaluation on the current state of corporate
well being. Like Business Facts of Life, this step provides critical
inputs into later stages of the methodology.
Next
Stage Definition – Holistic Approach to Defining
Success
During this phase, WCG will help create or tune
up:
• Strategy
• Vision
To create true success, both the company’s
vision and its strategy need to be understood and then designed
to work together. Like the blending of the head and heart, when
vision and strategy work in unison, they can act as powerfully balancing
forces that keep your business on track. The vision gets defined
and refined from insights achieved in the previous stage of analyzing
the ‘Business Well Being’, while the winning strategy
to achieve the vision focuses on the items addressed in the ‘Business
Facts of Life’. During this phase, WCG helps you define specific
outcomes for both that work together to create sustainable success.
Next Stage Communication
– Leading through Communication
During this phase, WCG will support the active
communication of:
• Values
• Goals
• Expectations
This is a phase that is often forgotten
– the clear communication of strategy and vision to all stakeholders.
This phase also focuses on effective expectation management and
how to deliver both good and bad news. WCG actively works with the
executive team to make sure that a culture of empowerment through
communication is created.
Next Stage Execution
– Defining Teams, Projects, and Objectives
During this phase, WCG will help implement:
• Cohesive Leadership Teams
• Clear Roles and Responsibilities
• Systems and Processes

Vision and Strategy provide the foundation that
helps you know where you really want to go and what you need to
do to get there! This stage focuses on building the right teams
to get the job done, and then defining the roles and responsibilities
for the players. Once the teams are formed, WCG reviews the systems,
processes and communication techniques needed to be effective. Clearly
understanding what needs to be done, who is going to do each part
of the task, and WHY we are going to be successful, is critical
in driving toward the ultimate business results.

During this final phase, WCG will focus on direct

At this final stage, WCG helps activate the plan
to achieve the key results that will move the company to the next
level. WCG helps tune the teams, processes and communication to
be most effective. We help the new teams focus the product/service
offering and approach to target customers, customer programs and
sales targets. WCG also helps put in place measurement techniques
to monitor your progress toward profitability goals. During this
stage, the true benefits of the WCG six-step methodology become
